Third edition of Cuenta la Ciencia

The Fundación General CSIC launches the third edition of Cuenta la Ciencia, a call for grants aimed at improving society's knowledge of science and the values associated with it, and promoting citizen engagement in processes related to R+D+i. This programme finances outreach initiatives led by CSIC research staff. 

This program was born with the goal of fostering a better understanding between scientific research and society, through actions designed to facilitate understanding and ownership of science by a non-scientific public. Cuenta la Ciencia will fund outreach initiatives, led by CSIC research staff, with the objective of stimulating the scientific, technological and innovation culture and encouraging vocations in young people, as well as making science teaching and learning easier.

The actions must be carried out between 1 January and 31 December 2020. The deadline for applications is 30 September 2019. Find all information here.
